Atlanta's corporate event market is full of ballrooms and hotel function rooms. The Little Cottage is something different — a 10,000 square-foot renovated space with painted brick walls, vaulted wood ceilings, and architectural character that lets brands stand out rather than blend in.

What corporate teams use the space for

Brand activations and product launches. The blank-canvas layout works for everything from intimate launches to large stand-and-mingle events. Up to 300 guests cocktail-style.

Off-sites and retreats. Two distinct indoor rooms and three outdoor patios make breakout sessions easy. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The Smyrna location keeps the team out of the city without being inconvenient.

Awards banquets and gala fundraisers. Seated dinner for 170–180 with room for a stage and presentation setup. Two built-in bars handle cocktail hour and reception service.

Holiday parties and team celebrations. Climate-controlled comfort, two indoor rooms for flow, and a fireplace centerpiece that earns its keep on a cold December night.

Pricing

Standard rental rates apply. Weekday rentals are common for corporate events and offer the best value. Add the cost of catering — in-house through Endive Catering, or via your chosen full-service caterer with a $300 coordination fee.

What's not included

A/V beyond the basic mic system (projectors, screens, broadcast equipment) is easy to bring in via an A/V vendor. Linens, china, and place settings are included in most catering packages. Branded signage or wayfinding can be brought in or rented through an event production partner.
