Preferred Vendors — The Little Cottage

A curated list, not a required one

We've worked with many of the planners, caterers, and creative partners in the Atlanta wedding and event community over the years. The vendors below are teams we trust to deliver the level of service The Little Cottage is built around — but they aren't required. Outside catering is welcome with a $300 coordination fee and standard licensing requirements; outside planners, florists, photographers, and DJs are always at your discretion.

Catering

The Little Cottage is owned and operated by Endive Catering, our in-house culinary team. Endive brings decades of high-end hospitality experience to every event, and many couples choose to keep catering in-house for a single-vendor experience.

That said, we welcome professional, full-service outside caterers. The $300 coordination fee covers the additional logistical handoff. All outside caterers must provide proof of valid business licensing and liability insurance.

If you'd like introductions to outside caterers we've worked with at the venue, just ask.

Bar service

We recommend Raising the Bar for dedicated third-party bar service. They handle BYOB events with full licensing, insurance, and a polished service style that fits the venue.

If your caterer offers professional, fully-licensed bar service, they can handle the bar as well. All beverage service must be managed by licensed and insured staff regardless of who handles it.

Planners and coordinators

We don't provide in-house event coordination — we believe couples should choose the planner who fits their vision. We've worked closely with a number of Atlanta planners over the years and are happy to share recommendations based on your event style and budget. Reach out via the inquiry form for introductions.

Photographers, florists, DJs, officiants

Same approach — no requirements, plenty of strong working relationships. If you're starting from scratch on any of these, let us know your event type and we'll send a short list of teams we trust.

Outside vendor policy

For any vendor not on our preferred list:

  • Proof of valid business licensing (or appropriate professional credentials)
  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Direct contact with the venue ahead of the event to coordinate load-in, setup, and breakdown

A $300 coordination fee applies to outside caterers only. There's no fee for outside planners, florists, DJs, or other creative vendors.

A $300 coordination fee applies, and all outside caterers must provide proof of valid business licensing and liability insurance. View our preferred catering partners.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. Clients may provide their own alcohol. To ensure a safe, professional experience, all beverage service must be managed by licensed and insured staff. The hired caterer may handle bar service if they meet these requirements, or you can use a dedicated third-party bar service — we recommend Raising the Bar.

Do you provide in-house wedding or event coordination?

No. The Little Cottage focuses on providing a beautiful, well-maintained venue and a seamless rental experience. Clients are free to bring in the planner or coordinator of their choice. A list of preferred planners is available on request.

Who handles cleanup?

Cleanup is the responsibility of the catering team. Caterers clear tables, manage trash throughout the evening, and move all refuse to the on-site dumpster. Clients are responsible for removing personal items and decor within the one-hour breakdown period.

Is The Little Cottage affiliated with Endive Catering?

Yes. The Little Cottage is owned and operated by Endive Catering. This partnership brings decades of high-end hospitality experience to every event, so venue logistics and culinary service work in sync.
